24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling of coaching sessions.
Missed sessions without prior notice may not be rescheduled or refunded.
If ArêteQuest™ cancels a session, a full refund or rescheduled appointment will be offered.

- No refunds are issued for completed coaching sessions or digital products.
- Refund requests for prepaid coaching packages are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to an administrative fee.
