A space for values-driven leaders ready to realign how they lead and what they build.
What would it look like to lead from the fullness of who you are becoming?
Root. Release. Rest. Reimagine. Realign.
Empowering Leaders
to Rise with Purpose and Excellence.
Welcome
ArêteQuest is a leadership coaching and consulting practice built for leaders who have begun to sense that the next chapter demands a different version of themselves.
The name draws from the Greek concept of arête (ah-reh-tay): the pursuit of excellence and character in service of your highest calling. That pursuit shapes not only how leaders grow internally, but how they show up in the room, develop the people around them, and build organisations worth leading.
Through leadership and executive coaching, consulting, and speaking, this practice creates the conditions for leaders to reconnect with their values, sharpen their purpose, and lead in ways that generate genuine contribution and lasting impact.
The 5Rs of Leadership Reinvention is the framework that guides that journey. The video above is the place to start.
What Leaders Say
“Alberta brings a rare blend of deep insight and practical direction. Her coaching helps you navigate life’s pressures while developing clear, viable ideas for meaningful work. She integrates spiritual formation with actionable business thinking in a way that feels both grounding and forward-moving.”— Esana, Psychotherapist and Integrative Wellness Coach
“Working with Alberta felt like a true partnership. She created a safe, non-judgmental space where I could express myself freely. What I appreciated most was how she listened deeply and reflected things back to me in a way that helped me hear myself more clearly. The conversations always led somewhere meaningful, helping me uncover ideas and strengths I didn’t even realise were there.”— Edmund, Creative Director
“Working with Alberta was one of the most impactful parts of my professional and personal growth. She helped me move from reflection to action, giving me clarity on the kind of leader I want to become, along with the confidence, visibility, and practical habits to lead with purpose and balance.”— Sajay L, Auditor
